Allan E. De Guzman
President
Joined November 2022
Allan E. De Guzman joined DNGJ Corporation in November 2022 as President, bringing extensive expertise in the operation and maintenance of Sewage Treatment Plants (STPs).
His qualifications span sales and marketing, design and construction, operation and maintenance, and repair and rehabilitation of STPs since 2004.
Prior to DNGJ, Allan held senior positions in the wastewater treatment industry — playing a pivotal role in bringing companies to established clients through sound marketing and customized STP designs compliant with DENR policies.
He ensures all designs comply with the new Effluent Standard under DENR Administrative Order No. 2016-08, with on-going projects already meeting the regulation.
Allan holds a BS in Chemical Engineering from Saint Louis University and has attended various local and international fora in water and wastewater treatment.
In 15+ years of experience, he has earned continued client trust through his commitment to competent and economical engineering solutions.
